TC is the combination of drugs being used for the Chemo T is Docetaxel ( Taxotere) C is Cyclophosphamide ..... My wife has just started on this combination and is using a cold cap so any info would be of help to us aswell , I guess anything is worth ago , if it works it works and if not we know what to expect , She said it wasnt as bad as she thought it would be , Had some pain killers before we left , had it on 30 mins prior to starting , had about 10 mins of brain freeze but wasnt too bad from then on , only needs to stay on 30 mins after finished but she kept it on for an HR to give it a better chance
