I had stage 3 Triple Neg BC. After 2 chemos I was taken into the onocologists office without any warning and told I had incurable cancer and they wanted to stop treatment. I was surprised as scans showed no distant organs effected. Anyway I went for a second opinion (pet scan) and they then continued with the rest of the chemo and then subsequent masectomy and radiotherapy. That was nearly 2 years ago and I am still alive and according to family and friends looking very well
