Firstly 32 - far too young to be suffering from this dreadful disease - but I'd say you're still kicking it's arse!
I too was diagnosed in 2017! - can't believe 2 years on and still my mind plays havoc with me!!
However, having received the fantastic news of a clear mammogram, I really don't think I would panic if I were you. I'd give it a few weeks and I can guarantee the discomfort you're feeling will have gone away. It's far easier than we realise to bruise or even crack a rib and although I'm sure you haven't cracked it - you may well be suffering from bruising
So, putting all what you've said into consideration - I'd go away and enjoy yourself. Putting this and any other worries to the back of your mind. Are you going somewhere nice?

Thank you so much for your reply. I really do appreciate it. My mammogram came back all clear. I had treatment in 2017 but last year only had a breast mri so have never had to experience a mammogram too. I have spoken to 3 BCNs at my hospital and all have said it's not uncommon to suffer after a mammogram. Especially as I am only 32 and my breasts are very dense. I just wish the niggle would go away. On a 1 to 10 scales it's probably a 2 at the most unless I prod it and poke it which I keep doing. Ughhh. So fed up of cancer. Lots of love to you xxx
Hi SP87
Mmm.... what an absolute nuisance for this to happen close to going away. Have you received the results of your mammogram yet?
Also, how long ago did you finish your active treatment?
I know following my recent mammogram on my breast (I only have one now) - it left it feeling a little bruised and uncomfortable.
If I were you I'd speak with either your GP or Breast Care Team before you go away, otherwise you're only going to worry whilst you're away... x
Hi everyone.
I had a clear breast MRI in March and then surgeon said to have a mammogram too, which I did 2 weeks ago.
A few days after the mammogram I noticed a bruised and sensitive feeling in my upper breast that hurt if I laughed or coughed. It eventually went away but I'm left with the odd twinge every now and again. But more worryingly, my rib directly below my boob is quite tender to touch. There isn't pain all the time. I'm just sometimes aware if I move a certain direction etc. I go away in 2 weeks and terrified to open a can of worms before hand. I keep prodding the bloody thing which i know isn't helping. I would be less worried if it was on my cancer side due to radio etc but this is my good side. Xxx
