Hi, I am new to this forum and having problems replying to any of your posts. Hopefully the moderator will help me sort it out. I just wanted to ask if anyone here has gone for the implant reconstruction option recently. I have been offered a wide flap implant only reconstruction with a reduction & uplift on the other side. I’m still a bit in shock, having been diagnosed at the end of August and now joined this rollercoaster ride.

I had mastectomy with implant reconstruction recently - not sure what all the wide flap stuff you mention is though?!
