Hi Tili
Just thought I would update you . I sought advice as the facial rash was becoming so itchy and not showing any signs of letting up .
It did confuse as it did cross my mind if it was the Letrozole the rash would be more widespread .
Anyway the GP seems to think it could be rosacea . I was taken by surprise by that diagnosis until I had a good read and seemingly one of the causes can be stress . This would correspond with the timing of my diagnosis & start of rash .
So mystery over I think , got the metronidazole cream & hopefully it will clear it up .
Regards
Steph xx
Thank you for your reply .
Yes Iv read about rashes but not specifically facial , I'm wondering if the Letrozole is reacting with something that I eat on a regular basis as sometimes it seems to start itching after Iv eaten but again not the same foods .
Bit of mystery at this stage & yes I will be getting it checked

Good morning Steph,
After reading your post, I’m sure I have a read this before Letrozole can cause skin problems, however I think you should get this checked out hopefully nothing too serious.
wishing you well, big hugs Tili 🌈🙏🌈🙏
Hi
Im just trying to find out if anyone else has developed a facial rash after starting Letrozole or any of the other hormone tablets ?
I started to notice a slight itch on cheeks & then a couple of spots , now I have the rash on forehead & both cheeks . Its steadily getting worse .
I will seek medical opinion but thought Id ask the group first .
