I was blessed to have caught my breadt cancer very early…forever grateful…I am on year 2 of taking anastrozole and still experiencing insomnia. It’s maddening.I am so very tired …any one come up with an herb etc to help fight this sleeplessness?
Hi Nanceline - I had similar problems sleeping. I find plugging myself into a podcast, a talking book or the radio works everytime. Unfortunately, often wake up to find myself with tangled in headphones!
