Taking vagifem with Anastrozole

I wonder if one of the nurses could help with this question. Reading through the information booklet on Anastrozole it says it is not usually advised to use topical hrt, pessaries or creams, at the same time but it doesn’t say you must not use topical hrt. My question is if a person was suffering with bladder issues and nothing else was working, can vagifem be used with Anastrozole?
