I take turmeric capsules daily for hip and joint pain and have done for years.
I was prescribed Tamoxifen today and have taken my 1st one. 🤞 all goes well and the hip pain doesn't come back.

Is there a supplement we can take? Collagen UCII? I'm walking like a 90-year-old. My hips are screaming. 😮
