Hi, a day after my 50th Birthday I have been diagnosed with DCIS in my left breast. I’m now waiting to see the surgeon for a date for surgery. I would like to hear from Others who could maybe help me along this scary path who knows exactly how I’m feeling right now.
Hi welcome to the forum , DCIS is very treatable but that doesn’t make it any less scary , the word cancer really shakes you up doesn’t it . If you post in recently diagnosed with cancer section of the forum you will get lots of support from people who understand how it feels . Best wishes Jill x
