Here I Am

Hi all,

I always knew there would be a time when I found myself on these forums.

8 days ago, I found that little something that many of you know, makes you go “hmmm”.

It’s very small, but very hard. Just South East of the nipple…or 5 o’clock!!

Tomorrow is my first visit to the breast clinic and I just can’t wait to find out what it is. Who likes waiting?!!!

Today though, I’ve started experiencing pain on the side of the breast, going up towards the armpit…feels like a low grade bruise.

Is this something anybody had experienced? Nothing feels enlarged or swollen in the area, just tender.

Thanks for reading xx

Hi

Don’t start thinking the worst at the minute until you get your appointment at the clinic.  It may be that you have a benign cyst if its painful.  If it does turn out to be something more sinister there are plenty of listening ears and people who are willing to share their experiences on the forum.  Keep your chin up and try not to worry too much (easier said than done, I know) sending a big virtual hug and fingers crossed it turns out to be nothing.  :crossed_fingers:
