I was recently diagnosed with invasive ductal carcinoma. I am Er and Pr positive. We are waiting for the HER 2 results. Ki-67 was 43% and high risk. The tumor is 5cm + on the top of my left breast. They did a biopsy of a nearby node that was questionable and said it was negative but could be because of sample bias. Has anyone had a tumor that size that had not yet gone to the lymph nodes? It is a very aggressive cancer so I am surprised that it has not spread, although they are not sure.
