10 Years after breast and going through the change again

I had breast cancer in 2006 I was 40 years old I went through the change and I was also on tamoxifen  for 5 years

I turned 50 this year and I started to get the hot flushes but this ,time. I am also getting very angry and panic attacks I don’t sleep I went to my doctor today and she gave me Dixarit. and sleeping tablets. can anyone tell me if they took anything that helped them with their moods
