37yrs old, 26 weeks pregnant and undergoing tests

Hi all, im 37yrs old a mum of 2 and 26 weeks pregnant with my third daughter and ive recently found a lump, was told to begin with it was just my changing breast tissue so i ignored it. After 3 months it hadnt disappeared so i went to see the doctor, he thought it was just a cyst or fibroid but referred me to the breast clinic. a couple of weeks later i finally got my appointment and was told that it was definitely a lump and would need further tests. I have a ultrasound  scan booked on friday and back to see my specialist in november. A friend said to me about blood tests and my red and white cells so i checked back on my last blood results and have high white cells and high neutrophils. I then stupidly googled all this and have now got myself even more worried x
