I had mastectomy and reconstruction with internal bra about 5 mths ago, I am still feeling a little uncomfortable and getting a sting feel and itchy feeling.
Just wondered if anybody else has had this too

I had a mastectomy & reconstruction in October last year. I had pain for about a month after it, but that was it. I’m now having radio & it seems to be upsetting everything a bit, but definitely didn’t have any ongoing pain. It might be worth trying to see your breast care nurse about it?? I’m determined to get back to life so not settling for any lingering anything!!

I had mx and recon with strattice and implant 6 weeks ago and upto 1 week ago was still in lot of pain and swelling. Think I was just doing too much. I still take a daily antihistamine and ibuprofen but have stopped the rest of the painkillers. Is yours an ongoing pain or new? Do you have any swelling.
