Friend’s Mum has double masectomy 7 years ago, she said she had a particularly aggressive cancer in one breast and had double mx to avoid/reduce risks.
Saw her at weekend, full health, very spritely…lovely talking to her…felt reassured, thought I’d share.

Thank you for sharing. I’m post treatment and had quite an easy time when compared to others. But I am finding it hard to move on. I think about it all the time and the thought of spending the rest of my life waiting for it to return is almost unbearable. Every little headache I assume is a brain tumour. What’s wrong with me, and how do I change it? I am going to see a ‘moving forward’ therapist on Wednesday so hoping she has a magic wand!
