So glad I found this thread!! - the support of like-minded girlies will be such a help. I was going to Slimming World before mx of local recurrence of BC in January this year. Have now completed treatment & have opted for early retirement.
So....starting to get together a new plan for my days, which definitely includes more exercise and back to Slimming World. Suggestions for exercise would be helpful...(I already dance 2x a week and play badminton 2x a week, but with much reduced vigour with all the post-treatment aches, pains & stiffnesses...). Has anyone tried Pilates in the post-treatment stage?
