I just used non perfumed cream as gentle stroking helped best!

Re: Anti inflammatory gel?

My oncologist encouraged it's use, said it can be more effective than the tablets. But don't take both.

Anti inflammatory gel?

Hi All 🙂

Anyone know if you can use one of those anti-inflammatory gels like Ibuleve on your breasts?

I'm nearly 3 weeks post op - double mastectomy with immediate reconstruction taking paracetamol, Ibuprofen and Tramadol at night (also been on gabapentin for a while for MS symptoms) - but nothing seems to be easing the pain at the sides of my breasts!
