When I first started taking Tamoxifen and Zoladex, 5 years ago, it was recommended (by the lovely ladies on here) that I get a Chillow to help with the hot flushes, especially at night.
I purchased one, and a smaller travel version, and they were extremely helpful. Now I no longer suffer quite so regularly with hot flushes - just seem to get them in the evenings now - I haven’t used either Chillow for ages. I was going to throw them out, but rather than send them to landfill, I wondered if anybody would like them.
Please PM me if you are interested. I don’t want anything for them - except perhaps help with postage - or make a donation to BCC and I’ll post them free as well! :)
