Doc rang and wants to see me tuesday but i need need before that i think as it feels like its burning and i cant stop itching wearing a bra is torture, signs seem a cyst to me?

I was here a year ago with "a second nipple" my nipple had a large lump forcing the nipple downwards it was very scary, i waited weeks for the clinic where the consultant felt it once and said it was a blocked tube and although i didn't feel 100% reassured i trusted him.
A few weeks ago i knocked my right breast and it hurt but thought nothing of it but this morning i turned over in bed and it felt strange and i felt and there's a huge lump there left side of right breast. how hadn't i noticed that!! Cliche i know but feel silly for not noticing.
