Beres drops Has anyone used them. A friend in Australia has recommended them - they are Hungarian. I have found a source for them in the UK but wondered whether anyone has used them. My friend said they were great. Any views?

Hello, Gill - looking at the information given, it seems they are yet another formulation of minerals. Interestingly selenium is not included, which is surprising. It seems a case of trying them out and seeing how you feel. Are you taking multivitamins/minerals now?

Vit supplements etc I’m not taking anything else. Just trying to eat a healthy diet. I have had once lot of chemo so far (Epicrubicin). Do you have any other recommendations?

I took multi-vits with minerals to help myself aliong, (as well as a healthy diet), vit B complex, evening primrose oil for hot flushes, milk thistle to help my liver cope with the toxins. i also took CoQ10 to help my energy levels.
