Hi Everyone
I have been on Letrozole for a year and in the last few weeks have noticed blurred vision in one eye, am booked in to see an eye specialist next week and hoping that it is nothing serious, I am 65 so could be the start of a catarrach but looking at the side effects leaflet for Letrozole this morning blurred vision is one of them!! Has anyone else experienced this and if so did it get worse or stay the same

yes I have had this. Along with bad pain in the back of my eyes and vomiting. I was in a and e two days in a row and my tablets were stopped immediately.The consultant changed me to Exemestane, because they have a different molecular make up, and I have been much better with these. I suggest you ask your doctor for advice.
