Hi, I’m not sure this is the best place to write in new to all of this but anyway… About 6 months ago I felt some tissue thickening near my right nipple about 1cm long, I got scared and pushed it to one side. I’m terrified of doctors I’m not brave enough to go and get checked out, I was feeling a couple of weeks ago and I’m not sure if there’s a lump in the same place or not. I’m so scared and confused and like a said terrified of doctors 
I’m only 22 I just need reassurance could this be nothing or does it sound serious?
