Lovely to read these posts . I’m on day 8 of tfec dreading to get to day 14 which is when I think you start losing your hair . Was worried my cold cap wasn’t tight enough, fingers crossed . Keep touching my head and feel a bit sore in certain parts of my scalp , can’t bare to by without my hair .
Hi Fightingthis, there are lots of posts about cold capping on here. If you want other people’s experiences it might be worth while popping over there. Always a lot of discussion . Sometimes it works - and sometimes not! I was offered it but didn’t bother as I felt I had enough on my plate. The additional time out me off . I’m just a big wuss. X
