I was wondering if there was anyone due to go into Canniesburn,The Royal Infirmary Glasgow at the same time as me?Im due in on the 24th with my op next day,getting really nervous now as time is flying by so fast.I did see 2 other ladies while having my MRI scan but we didnt get a chance to chat.Would love to get a reply.Debs
Hi Debs, I’m due to have my op in Newcastle on 15th. You are right, after going on the waiting list in March the time has flown by. Like you, I am really nervous about it all. Everyone I have spoken to who has had this op is delighted with the result so I’ll just hang onto that thought and grit my teeth during the first few days of recovery.

I’m due into the Glasgow Royal Infirmary the week before you with my op on the 18th September. I’m hoping to be out on the 24th though as the 25th is my birthday!
