I have a repeat prescription order with my GP for gloves and sleeves which I request online. This month I went to the chemist to collect my new gloves and was told that the name of the gloves/sleeves has changed although the company says nothing else has changed. Because of this the Dr has to create the prescription etc.
Has anyone else had the new gloves from medi? Were they the same? The pharmacist also said they are only available in "sand"colour. Cynical laughter from me as the current "tan"colour I wear is neither attractive nor flattering so only having “sand” makes little difference.
