I haven't tried them as surgery later, but Google Nicola jane mastectomy bra. They do G cups so might help you.

Marie, I can empathise. I've had bc but am a 32aa and could not find a post mx bra in my size. Seems like any of us can get it. Have you tried a local specialist shop ? Might be worth a try. Good luck x

Try womenzone Culceth enterprise centre. I was recommended them and have found them very helpful. They specialise in Post mastectomy lingerie and have a web site. They didn't recommend underwire though.

Can anyone help me with information as to where I could buy a 38G wired post op/mastectomy bra....I'm starting to feel like a freak! M&S only have 1, which I have ordered. Seems only smaller breasted women have breast cancer! Feeling extremely stressed!
