Hi just a quick question had my start date of 10.11.14 for rads and was told to use E45, wasnt sure if this is meant to be cream or lotion, i bought a large pump action bottle of the lotion as i thought it would be easier and more hygienic to use but am now wandeeing if i should have bought cream instead, a saft question i grant you but does it make any difference

I was told to use anything so long as it is un perfumed. I got a prescription from GP for double base gel in pump dispenser which has been very easy to apply and non greasy.
I’ve been using the aqueous cream and it works a treat and so cheap! The only thing is I didn’t go high enough and now I have a little irritated and itchy patch above my breast. Remember to use the cream all over your chest. I’ve been using it on my arms, legs etc. as well. May try using it on my face next! Using an aloe vera gel (non perfumed etc) on the patch since this afternoon so will see how that goes.
