Is anyone signed up to this trial? Only recently diagnosed, I have drawn the Lapatinib arm of this randomised trial testing its effectiveness on preventing HER2 + cancer returning. Don’t start tablets until Monday and am nervous about side effects in build up to mastectomy scheduled for two weeks time.

I’m also on the trial. I started tablets and had the infusion last week. Surgery this Friday. So far no real side effects. So pleased to be on the trial as I needed to feel that something was happening whilst waiting for the surgery.
