I have been having problems on Tamoxifen - mid-cycle pain lasting 10 days every month. This seems to be due to ovarian cysts. Just seen the oncologist and she is going to try me on Fareston as it is said to have less impact on the ovaries. I thought this was for postmenopausal women and I am still having periods (42 years old, on Tam. for 1 year now). Has anyone been on Fareston?
