Is anyone else suffering with severe fatigue?Ihad chemo,surgery to remove lump and 2 lymph nodes,then i had to go back to theartre as i had heamatoma,then a blood transfusion.Lastly i had 4 weeks of radiotherapy.Ifinished treatment in September.Ihave gone back to work 2 mornings,but im exhausted,meant to be at work but too tired and will have a sleep shortly.Isleep for 2 hours and then go back to bed by 9.Iam taking tamoxafin anf thyroxine? Everyone says its early days,but its taking so long,iam usually a very active person.
I was told to expect tiredness for a long while after radiotherapy but I also think that the mental side of dealing with it all attributes to feeling tired.Its still early days and you have to accept that you are a different person to before so be patient and you will get back to what will be normal for you.Read our where did I go thread and you will see how others coped take care Janice x
