Re: Feeling anxious

Hope all went well today. I had full mastectomy and 11 lymph nodes removed in November but am feeling great now. Just try to take each day as it comes, which I found hard, but it's the only way to get there. Not a good time after you mim passing, but bet she would be spurring you on. Send lots of love. XXX

Re: Feeling anxious

No wonder you feel anxious, you have a lot going on. I hope you have lots of support and that everything goes well today.

Take care.

Re: Feeling anxious

I am sorry to hear about your loss. A difficult time without the added whammy of your diagnosis. Good luck for this afternoon x

Feeling anxious

Feeling very anxious, everything seems to be happening so quickly (I guess that's a good thing) was diagnosed last Friday 29th January with a mucinous cancer, one of the rarer types, especially at my age 41 apparently, and I'm booked in to have my surgery this afternoon, full mastectomy with lymph node biopsy. Still trying to get my head around it, guess it doesn't help as my mum passed away 5 weeks today (not through cancer) x
