Last year was our first ever Secondary Breast Cancer Awareness Day, and you may have seen publicity around it or taken part in some of the activities around it. To help plan this year’s Awareness Day, we’re running two focus groups at our London office on Thursday 31 March.
We’re looking for people who have a diagnosis of secondary breast cancer, or are a friend or relative of someone living with secondary breast cancer.

Im interested in getting involved in this, and have Emailed Clare, but she is out of the office until the 23rd March, and I’m having an operation on the 25th March to sort out my unresolved seroma. If someone can let me know what will be involved, I will do my best to be there.

Thank you to everyone who emailed Clare to volunteer for our focus group on 31 March to help plan this year’s Secondary Breast Cancer Awareness Day. We now have enough volunteers for this group.
However, we are still looking for friends or relatives of people living with secondary breast cancer to attend another focus group that day. We’d like to recruit eight people for this group, and haven’t found enough people yet.
The group will take place late afternoon / early evening on Thursday 31 March, in London.

Just bumping this up, as a couple of people who had volunteered to come along to the focus group now can’t make it.
So, if you are available and interested, please do get in contact. (This focus group will take place on 31 March at 3pm in our London office.)
We’re also still looking for friends & family of people with secondary breast cancer for the second focus group, which will take place at 5.30/6 on 31 March, also in our office.
Thanks for your help - we obviously want to make sure that our work around secondaries awareness is as good as possible, and we need your help to do that.
