We are a group of cancer patients (from ICPV and CLG) and we have been invited to write an editorial about follow-up for cancer patients for the journal Clinical Oncology. We have put together a questionnaire to find out cancer patients’ experience and opinions of follow-up. We would be really grateful if you would fill out our Questionnaire.
