Can anybody help with ideas for exercises for frozen shoulder problems before and after rads . I have finished my 15 sessions thankfully but has left me with some probs ,has anybody any good exercises that will help?.
hi abby I also have frozen shoulder it started before surgery got a lot worse after when rads finished my bc nurse got me appointment with phisio i was told to stop doing exercises i was given after op as they were making it worse and was given completly diffrent ones which i find eaiser and are helping more.hope this helps.
I finished radiotherapy in March and was diagnosed with a frozen shoulder in June. Very painful, I was given a steroid injection which, at the moment is working fine.
