The Macmillan centre in my hospital have a lovely range of Traidcraft scarves. I was treated to a super demonstration of how to tie them. I can just see myself swanning around!!!
I chose a wig this afternoon and was advised to go for a hand woven one on a lace cap for lightness and naturalness. I love it. Looks as though I've just come from the hairdressers. Long may it last. They also stock a lovely array of pretty turbans and soft hats, so I'll go back after bank holiday. It's called 'Altered Images.'
Seeing some interesting options here i recently ordered from souq they have great collection of scarves
My first ever post...thank you for asking the question DPD. The answers have helped me find a bit more variety already - Xazha is new to me and I'm so pleased to see some very pretty hats on there!
My BCN recommended Suburban Turban as well as Anna Bandana.
Amazon does have some great options - I'm not the most glamorous person so hubby has been searching out 'summer beanies' which I think might be a goer for me...in a way it's a shame it'll be summer as I have wonderful winter woolly hats which I'd be perfectly happy to wear!
Hi
There is loads of choice on amazon, all really good x
Hi DPD
My favourite for headwear is AnnBandana lots of choice and very reliable, I used them as I didn't like wearing a wig.
Good Luck

Hello. I managed with scarves and hats and no wig as I don't like them. My favourite hat came from xazha.co.uk. Lovely, gorgeous hand-made hats that look stylish and are very lightweight so can be worn indoors as well. You might also try Deresina and Suburban Turban. I would also recommend trying the cold cap though in case it works for you.
Hi I was going to ask the same question, I don't think I am going to have a wig, just scarves and hats.
