Have you had a Contralateral Prophylactic Mastectomy (CPM)?

Hi Everyone

Please see below a new research opportunity.

Researchers are looking for women who have had a Contralateral Prophylactic Mastectomy (CPM)
(sometimes called Contralateral Risk Reducing Mastectomy) to take part in a study exploring experiences of surgery and decision making.

This will involve a 30-minute telephone interview at a time to suit you, including questions about your treatment, how CPM was discussed and managed by your breast care team, your reasons for undergoing CPM, and the support available to you at this time.

If you’d be interested in taking part (or would like to find out more about this research), please get in touch with Dr Pippa Tollow at the University of the West of England:
