I am normally upbeat and positive but this cough thing has wiped out my Christmas. I was so looking forward to it as it was my first one appointment free.

Yep we are struggling still in the money front but I am working full time. I am exhausted but try to pace myself. Xx

You are right - it is a challenge AND we are still here!! This journey has made changes to my personality I don't mind saying. I am far more tolerant and things that used to matter don't seem to when you have had a brush with death.

I just got a shock in that when I was ill we sold some assets (because we were going on a spending spree) and I just got my share of the Capital Gains Tax I have to pay. It is a giggle in that I am glad I am here to be able to pay it! We never did go on that spree because I got better xxx

Been a long time since I have been here.
I’d like to say things get easier but life remains a challenge.
On a positive we are still here and we are learning how to live with everything we have been through.
