After herceptin for my primary my onc has said that I will be on tax & the other herceptin type drug (behind with p??) But my question is if & when that fails, what next … are there any other targeted therapies for her2+ or is that it?? Very worried the list is going to be short having seemly already had my herceptin run?

I have replied on your liver biopsy thread and have just bumped up the Pertuzamab thread that you may want to read - it’s the drug that you will be on with Herceptin and Tax.

I have a friend on Perjeta (through insurance) and it is working well for her, we cannot have it in Wales however.
There is also Lapatinib (Tyverb) which I did have for 18 months with Cape and it worked well.
Try not to look too far ahead (wish I could take my own advice there!!) - believe that these will work (and work well) and enjoy every moment xx
