A month ago I awoke to a large painless swelling in one of my armpits. After a week of taking antibiotics I went back to see my doctor who said the swelling had thickened and she has referred me to breast clinic, my appointment is in 3 weeks time. occasionally I get a nipping sensation in my armpit, the swelling goes hard then releases and it seems to thicken even more. Has anyone else had this?
