Thanks for replying ladies...Had a mammogram & core biopsy this evening.. Mammo results showed lump well enough to be told it needs to be removed, and other results due on friday! Would love to think all will be fine but until told anything positive i'll think the worst..Booby hurts like mad but guess it's worth it in the long run..

Well i'm new to this site, registered today actually!!
Hope i don't sound like a whingebag as i know people out there are worse off than me..BUT..
I'm 25yrs old, have 2 beautiful kiddies and a wonderful hubby and am still breastfeeding my youngest (10months)..I found a lump on my breast and for piece of mind wanted it checked..Doctor referred me 'non urgent' so i took the path of private treatment..1 week, an ultrasound & fna and an 'abnormal' result has scared me half to death!! Mammogram & core biopsy booked this evening..Not feeling positive.. Does anyone know whether 'abnormal' could be anything to do with the breastfeeding?? Feeling very low and sad 😞
