Does anyone else find that their scars flare up in the days following chemo? I had reconstrcution and find that the pain in my scar comes back to life after chemo and I go backwards in my physio.

yes i have found that my scars from the WLE hurt and flare up after chemo session. I have been told by nurse and onc that this is normal and other people i have spoken to said thay had this too. It’s worrying i know, every ache and pain you want to question. I afraid i on’t know of anything you an take for the pain apart from good old paracemol which helped slightly.

yes, I too find this, particularly since I started Taxotere! I was really worried at first but have since been reassured that its nothing to worry about it.
