Intraductal Papilloma Diagnosis and Surgery

I have a surgery scheduled in a few weeks for what my doctor believes is a intraductal papilloma. I have had discharge when prompted for a year, there in no blood in it, I have some discomfort here or there, and the second ultra sound almost a year later showed whatever was there “decreased”. That being said, and my age of 23 he thinks the chances of it being cancer are slim to none. I am still worried because I read some things online. Any suggestions from people that have had the surgery?
