It's 2 weeks since my surgery to remove my lymph nodes, although the wound is healing well and I'm feeling good in myself, the chest, boob, back, shoulder and arm and quite swollen and tender to touch...especially the arm which is agony to touch and the skin feels extremely tight and is shedding/peeling. I saw my surgeon Thursday who said although she can she the obvious swelling and tenderness it is too early to diagnose lymphoedema. I'm obviously concerned, not only because the pain is unbearable but early diagnosis seems to be the key? Can anyone offer any advice please? X
