Hi just wanted to know if anyone has heard of Juice Plus. this is all about diet and nutritian and that being healthy and being fit is not the same. I have learnt and still learning about eating healthy to prevent some diseases, at least give us a fighting chance, by eating plant which is good old fashioned fruit and veg. Met alot of people this weekend at a seminar in Manchester about eating healthy and just wondered if i could talk to anyone about this or if anyone had come across this kind of thing. I use juice plus assuming it is the same one and have to say its kept my skin well and kept me quite well through chemo i swear by it.
