Oh Pat, I replied on your other fantastic post. All I can say is YIPPEE! Well done. I too posted my good news in every imaginable thread I could.

Hi Taylor, glad to hear you are all moving forward. We February Valentines have our own fb page now too. There is a big meet arranged in Birmingham some time in February, and there have already been a few 'mini meets' enjoyed by those who could attend.
Mac123, It is a worrying time. We can't seem to get it into our heads that we are NED and there's nothing to worry about, because we realise there are no guarantees. I shall be thinking of you over the next few weeks and hoping your results are good too.
Best Wishes to you both

Hi Poems
That's excellent news, I've read several of your posts/comments on here and you're always very supportive to others. I'm delighted that everything is good for you. My first mammogram is due in Feb and I'm now starting to get anxious-checking myself more than I should and convinced I'm feeling all sorts of lumps and bumps. Wishing you all the best x
Hi again. I am not too bad thanks, I finished radiotherapy in November and have been on Tamoxifen since mid October, side effects seem to have settled and are mainly limited to a few aches, fingers crossed it stays that way. I was part of the June Jewels thread, most of us have moved onto Facebook and are continuing to support each other on there and this has been invaluable as have the wonderful ladies on the threads which preceded us last year. We have a meet up planned in York at the end of March which we are all looking forward to. Take care.
Thank you TaylorJ, how are you?
Hi Poems, that is fantastic news, you must be so relieved. Hope you keep happy and healthy.
I went to the breast clinic today. I saw the same nurse who did my original examination before DX. She felt all along my scar, then beneath my arm, all over the good breast and beneath that arm, then up the lymph glands in my chest/neck area. Smiled, said there's nothing there. See you next year. So I'm well chuffed with that.
Also waiting for her first annual check was the young girl who had her surgery the same day as I did. She looked fabulous. We wished each other well and are having our next year's appointment on the same day and time.
