So in 2 hours I have an ultrasound on quite a large lump in my right breast, my son is 6 weeks old and is having a mixture of formula feeding and breast feeding, I only feed from my left side (not the lump side) this is because I found it awkward to hold him on the other side, but I’ve been expressing from the lump side and still producing a little milk, I will express before I go but can this affect the ultrasound in anyway ?just thought I should have maybe asked the doctor but it didn’t cross my mind

Best mention it but wouldn’t have thought it would affect the results of an ultrasound .
