i think they quite often now put an implant in at the time of the recon i know that all my friends who have had them recently all had implants and i was offered LD flap too again with an implant.
I had an LD flap recon 5yrs ago. It was small to start with but over time has got even smaller till it is a cup size smaller than my other breast. I am thinking of having an implant to increase the size as I do not fancy the fat injetions has anyone had this done?
