I’ve decided to have a bilateral masectomy with immediate recon (diagnosed with BC 2005 had WLE, chemo, radio and now found out I have BRCA1) Has anyone had a LD with implant and nipple sparing surgery?
Sorry havent had experience of this but in similar position. Had 1 massectomy last year and now BRCA1 so want other side with immediate recon but was told locally can only have one side at a time done which doesnt appeal. Hope you get some useful responses x
