Letrazole and Pneumonitis

Hi,

Has anyone else suffered from pneumonitis due to Letrazole. It got so bad I had to come off Letrazole - just wondering how long it took to get back to normal as I am sick of being on steroids.

Hi Rae,

 

I was very interested to read your post.I began taking Letrozole mid-October and six weeks later began feeling short of breath. I have had chest x-rays, ct scan and blood tests which indicate on-going infection and nodules on lungs together with some fluid. No-one has come up with a reason for this so far and I wondered if you had similar symptoms? I had not thought of it being due to the Letrozole! I hope you are feeling better by now
