Hi all. My Mom has been taking Letrozole for 2 weeks now and has been suffering with terrible cystitis which she says has been far worse than the operation and radiotherapy put together. Is this a well know side effect of Letrozole (Femara)? Any advice on how to alleviate the symptoms? Antibiotics have helped but aren’t a long term solution.
